Vinyla night
You can look forward to seven full-length festival sets (45-60 minutes) on two stages + a public debate curated by Radio Wave's Starter.
The published part of the lineup will be supplemented with additional names during January and February.
Matyáš's Friends – Nomination for Discovery of the Year 2025
Alternative musician Matyáš Libra straddles rap, post-punk, and indie rock in the Matyáš's Friends project. He speaks openly about anxiety, insecurity, and coming to terms with his own imperfections. Matyáš's Friends scored in Radio Wave's Starter in 2023/24, won the first Rapspot podcast challenge, and collaborated with Toyota Vangelis and Bariel. After the warm reception of his 2024 album Za všechno může Matyáš (Matyáš Can Be Blamed for Everything), he released the recording Matyáš the following year.
Rivermoans – Nomination for Discovery of the Year 2025
Multimedia artist Marie Tučková is behind the alternative singer-songwriter project Rivermoans. Her musical works are a loose continuation of the art project of the same name, in which she processes musical compositions and scores in drawings and poems. Rivermoans debuted in early 2025 with a six-track EP, Wet Scores for Listening, on which she paints impressive songscapes with the help of a guitar and synthesizer. She worked on the recording between Prague, France, and the Netherlands.
teige – Nomination for Discovery of the Year 2025
The alternative pop band teige originally emerged from the Kutná Hora scene, but now operates in Prague. The three-piece band has grown to five members and released their debut album květiny nonstop in the fall of 2025. Tomáš Havlen was involved in its production. On the album, teige takes stock of the time between late adolescence and expectations of life outside their small hometown. The Czech lyrics are complemented by a melancholic sound that mixes synthesizer pads with guitar lines and distinctive female vocals.
post-hudba
The Prague duo post-hudba combines songwriting techniques with broken electronics (and calls it "chcípácký" pop). Stories of everyday anti-heroes wrapped in cold synth pads and scattered beats. Something halfway between London and Brno.
