Gin&Platonic X ARCHA+: LilaTesla - FATAL album release + paszka + Angelo Harmsworth

music
The launch of the debut album FATAL by experimental musician LilaTesla – freshly released on the Gin&Platonic label. She will be joined by paszka, a prominent figure on the Polish experimental scene known for her maniacal sound design, and Berlin-based cult sound artist Angelo Harmsworth.

Lila Tesla

Music producer, recent graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts, and promoter behind the morning concert series brekfəst. Following her debut EP Jasmine Romance (2023) and a series of concerts that helped her establish herself on the contemporary experimental club scene, she released her debut album FATAL in September this year (the thirtieth release on Gin&Platonic). The album presents a fascinating soundscape in which post-ambient meets autotune vocals and ethereal synthesizer landscapes with organic sound design.

paszka

Ada Sapalska aka paszka is a prominent figure on the contemporary Polish experimental scene, whether performing solo or in a duo with Ania Grr. In her compositions with maniacal sound design, she often combines fleeting synth melodies with fragmented particles of contemporary pop and does not shy away from wild dance rhythms. Her latest release is the non-ambient album "estoy chillando" on the Slovak label LOM.

Angelo Harmsworth

Angelo Harmsworth is a musician and sound artist from New Mexico, USA, currently based in Berlin, who has carved out a unique place for himself in the world of abstract electronic music over the past decade. In his work, he experiments with extreme contrasts in texture and tonality, resulting in powerful emotional tendencies. He has an extensive discography with albums on labels such as Opal Tapes, Students of Decay, and Warm Winters Ltd.

Gin&Platonic

A four-member music collective from Ostrava and Prague, which has evolved from its blog beginnings into an established publishing house focused on progressive music from around the world – from Japan to Ukraine to the American Northwest. It also pays close attention to the Czech experimental scene. In addition, it has been closely associated with the PLATO Bauhaus space, where, in addition to organizing concerts, it has accompanied several vernissages with its sets. Last but not least, it curates the music program of the Bukolika festival.
