CFF:
Symposium Stories of Change: Theater in Times of Climate Crisis
3:00 p.m. - Climate Dramaturgy: Making Theater in the Context of Climate Crisis workshop led by director Zoe Svendsen (METIS, London). Climate dramaturgy views the climate crisis as the starting point for all artistic and practical decisions—the workshop is therefore not intended solely for dramaturgs. It will be held in English and capacity is limited, so please don't forget to register in advance. Details can be found in the attachment.
6:00 p.m. - Keynote Rehearsing a Desirable Future by playwright Chantal Bilodeau (Arts & Climate Initiative) on how stories about the climate crisis shape the future we want to live in. This will be followed by a contribution from dramaturg Milo Juráni on climate storytelling and a discussion sharing good and problematic practices with the participation of director Ivan Buraj, representatives of the National Theater, and others.
The workshop and keynote will be held in English. If you need interpretation, please contact us.
